WOD Demo with Aja Barto

I want to thank each and every one of you for all the support up to this point. Its been a great year and I am looking forward to the Games! I’ve partnered with Chalk Monster as well as PurePharma USA and designed a limited edition 2012 CrossFit Games “Man Behind The Mask” t-shirt and tank to help cover my expenses out to Carson. The remaining balance will be donated to the CrossFit For Hope fundraiser that will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. We are only printing a limited amount of these shirts and tanks that will never be put into production again. Be sure to get your hands on one and pre-order now! Our plan is to have the shirts printed and delivered to you the 1st week of July!  It just so happens that this year the 2012 CrossFit Games fall on Friday, the 13th of July, how convenient!  CrossFitters everywhere are well aware of Aja’s infamous Halloween main page video as well as this (you’re welcome very much). Show your love for the original man behind the mask by wearing his face on your chest and watch him terrorize Carson in July. So help support Aja and channel your own inner mask…we can’t promise that you won’t be freakishly strong, gorgeous or able to take a 2×4 off the chest without flinching the next time you put it on…
